Pivvo is an AI-powered portfolio platform that allows users to create interactive, intelligent digital portfolios. The Service uses artificial intelligence to answer questions about your professional background, skills, and experience based on the data you provide.

3. User Accounts

To use Pivvo, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent
  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. User Content & Data

When you upload content (resumes, projects, profile information, etc.) to Pivvo:

  • You retain all ownership rights to your content
  • You grant Pivvo a license to use, store, and process your content to provide the Service
  • You represent that you have the right to upload and share the content
  • You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content
  • You agree not to upload any content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights

5. AI-Generated Responses

The AI chatbot is trained on your provided data. While we strive for accuracy:

  • AI responses may not always be 100% accurate
  • You are responsible for reviewing and customizing your AI's behavior
  • Pivvo is not liable for any misrepresentation made by your AI chatbot
  • Users should verify critical information independently

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use Pivvo to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Upload malicious code or viruses
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Collect or harvest user data without consent
  • Use the Service for spamming or unsolicited marketing
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

7. Subscription & Payments

Pivvo offers free and paid subscription plans. For paid plans:

  • Fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep Pivvo available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or terminate the Service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.

9. Intellectual Property

The Pivvo platform, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by Pivvo and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms & Conditions
  • You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Your account has been inactive for an extended period
  • We discontinue the Service

You may also delete your account at any time from your account settings.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PIVVO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of Pivvo after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
